This policy applies to all sales made from our websites or through auction sites. If you do not agree to them, please do not make the order.

The Shipping & Returns Policy
We offer good quality products and make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable delivery and customer service. We are totally on-line this allows us to keep prices low.

All prices on this site are in GBP (Great British Pounds).

Custom Declaration Tax Saving:
We declare shipments as a GIFT to help you save tax. We are not however responsible for selective customs charges. Customs in all countries carry out selective checks to ensure that no prohibited goods such as drugs, indecent or obscene material, weapons etc... are received in the relevant countries. By placing an order with us, you agree to pay the customs and/or excise duty and/or import VAT, if applied by customs, at the time of delivery.

Shipping:
All items are shipped to you from either our stocks in the UK, China and Hong Kong or direct from the manufactures in Hong Kong & China. We ship worldwide at no cost to you. The price you see is the price you pay.

All orders will be processed within 2 working days and shipped within 3. You will be notified at ever step via email and online from your Order History in your profile. Please allow emails from pimp-my-helicopter.com on your email client.

Delivery is normally 3-7 working days on models and large items and 7-14 working days on parts and small items.

If you do not receive your order by the quoted time please allow 25 working days before you inform us. This is because delivery in some countries may be longer than quoted and we cannot claim for lost international post until 25 working days have passed.

We will ship to the shipping address that you provide. We are not responsible for incorrect, wrong or mis-spelt addresses. If the goods can not be delivered for this reason we will not issue a refund.

Returns:
You have a 7-day 'cooling off' period on all models (this does not apply to consumables\parts\spares)

If you should experience a problem, question or concern regarding your purchase, please contact us immediately, we may ask for digital pictures to be emailled to us of the model to help illustrate any issues.

If the goods you received were incorrect because of our error we will pay all delivery costs - including those of the safe return of the goods. You will be refunded for the postage upon our receipt of the returned good.

All sales are final, no refunds. Exchange of defective parts only within 7 days upon receipt of goods. We reserve the rights to not entertain requests received thereafter.

There is no warranty or returns policy that covers air bound models once they have been flown/used. This is the norm with air bound models.

DG-RC eStores does not accept any liability of a product being purchased incorrectly. This can however be rectified before shipment.

Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt.

There is no return once the merchandise box is opened. The packaging must have been handled with anything other than 'reasonable care'.

Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging.

Returned merchandise must be received by us before we will process and ship out any replacement.

All merchandise should be returned by shipping carriers with safe method which provides proof of shipment (just in case your item does not reach us. so you can check with your local shipping carrier.) We will not be responsible for lost returned merchandise in shipping.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper misuse or mis-assembly of items. All postage expenses incurred in connection with the repair or replacement of any goods or any defective parts are the customer’s responsibility. This includes any defects or damages to goods resulting from misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations concerning use and maintenance, or damage that is not the result of normal use.

We reserves the right to not accept any returned merchandise, and return the merchandise to its customer and not refund money, if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.

In order to avoid unnecessary postage costs to you, we will endeavour in the first instance to try and resolve any problems via email and the use of digital pictures. Failing that, after the return of goods to us we will inspect / repair any faulty item/s and if necessary we will replace the said faulty item/s with the same or equivalent or better.

We will email you the address to send the item/items too. Depending on the item this will be either Hong Kong, China or the UK.

Please Note :

  1. All items are tested 3 times to make sure they are working properly before we ship them to our customers, this includes in the case of air bound models a short flight test by experienced RC pilots.
  2. Please inspect the product when you receive the shipment, identify any issues and report them to us BEFORE you try to fly\use it. Please also check over the product (especially helicopters and planes) and make sure they are in all good order before use (or taking to the air).
  3. Return\exchange\refund is not allowed if the item has been used or flown. Please understand that RC helicopters and airplanes can crash if mistakes are made or you do not know how to fly, any kind of crash or hard landing may cause damage to a helicopter or plane. We have no control over your flying skills, behavior or the conditions you have chosen to fly in. We test all products before shipment as stated above, if you have any problem with the aircraft or other product(s) you ordered from us, please report it at the time you received the shipment (not after use, please). If you used\flown the product, or crashed the product, no matter what the reason. We're sorry but we can not be responsible for your crash or use.

We reserves the right to amend this policy without further notification(s).
